Development Concept: American Family Field, Milwaukee

This development concept proposes the construction of a stand-alone structure in the outfield plaza of American Family Field that would house unique, year-round, revenue-producing facilities and services benefitting both the Brewers and the local community

Complications: Complicated political environment and ownership structure; uncertain team/stadium future; requires substantial long-term, year-round operational commitments despite unproven performance

Opportunities: Maximizing revenue sources unique and specific to this venue; improving efficiency of existing year-round operations; creating a catalyst for further new development in and around the stadium
